This Brookfield home boasted ample space and a lovely backyard but had an inefficient floorplan. The homeowners wanted a kitchen that was ideal for both cooking and entertaining. To achieve this, we removed several walls and an unused fireplace, creating their dream kitchen and making room for a convenient powder room and mudroom.
