Initial consultation
Start by reaching out to us via phone or by filling out our contact form on the website. One of our knowledgeable Sales Representatives will then arrange a convenient time to visit your home. During this visit, we’ll have an in-depth discussion about your project, take preliminary measurements, and collect essential details to provide you with a preliminary estimate based on our experience and understanding of similar projects.

Design & proposal
If you decide to proceed, we’ll enter into a Design Agreement. Our designer will create detailed plans using our computer aided drafting program. This stage includes meetings to review and refine the design, and a walkthrough with subcontractors to ensure all aspects of the project are covered and an accurate proposal.
What to Expect:
- Detailed design plans and revisions based on your feedback.
- A walkthrough with subcontractors to review the scope and details.
- A detailed written proposal outlining the scope of work and estimated cost.
contract & material selection
Once the proposal is finalized, you have two options for moving forward. The first option is a Traditional Contract, where you finalize material selections and we draft a contract detailing the project scope and costs. Alternatively, with an Allowance-Based Contract, you can secure your place on our schedule with a contract that offers flexibility in material choices, allowing final selections to be made closer to the project start.

- Assistance with selecting materials and finishes if choosing the traditional contract.
- A clear and comprehensive contract outlining the project details.
- Estimate of project starting date for both contract types.
construction & completion
With the contract in place, there may be a wait time before the construction phase begins. During this period, we will keep you informed and notify you as the start date approaches. Once the project begins, our team will execute the work, provide regular updates throughout the construction phase and, upon completion, conduct a final walkthrough to ensure your expectations are met and address any final adjustments.
